This episode of the Northbay features the premier show of Ali Weiss’s new as yet to be named band.  Ali Weiss is a singer with her own sound with influences from Hiatt, Prine and Dylan.  This new band, though untested, walked onstage with the kind of confidence seen in well healed pros.  The audience was surprisingly large for this new act, but it was   obvious that many in the crowd were already familiar with Ali. Still she took complete control… on the very first number…
