Jeff Lehman is the former Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for two major Internet media companies: Alta Vista and Flycast Communications. Additionally, he has worked with numerous start-ups as a high-level executive and manager, intra-preneur, consultant and investor. Jeff is also an accomplished entrepreneur and an award winning author with over twenty-five years of business experience. Beginning in 2002, Jeff founded a unique revenue-building consultancy working with marketing/sales executives and senior level managers. His clients have included: Adify, Aramark Services, Accipiter, aQuantive, allrecipes.com, BidClix, BlueLithium, Classmates.com, Dotster, DoubleClick, eBay, Herd/Freed/ Hartz Executive Recruiting, InPhact, SpecificMedia, Webaroo Inc. and Zvents among others. In 2003, Jeff founded Mentor Press, an independent business publishing company. He has authored two books: The Sales Manager’s Mentor (2004, 2006), and The Frugal Millionaires (2008). His latest book won the “National Best Books Award 2008” in the Business: Investing category. Jeff’s father took him to his first shareholder meeting at the age of thirteen. (That’s a great way to start your teen years according to his dad.) From that point on he was interested in the idea of investing and being smart with money. Jeff grew up in Coral Gables, Florida and earned his BSBA and MBA from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. He “gives back” by helping mentor business students at the University of Central Florida and the University of Washington. Jeff is an avid sailor who has competed in a transatlantic yacht race. He has also studied architecture and law. He lives in Seattle, Washington.
